These terms govern your use of the internet service and customer portal provided by Dillon Beach Internet Service LLC ("DBIS", "we", "us").

Service

DBIS provides wireless internet service to residences and businesses in the Dillon Beach area. Service availability, speed, and reliability depend on factors including location, weather, equipment condition, and network capacity.

Customer Portal

The customer portal at dillonbeachinternet.com provides access to your connection status, billing information, and support. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service for lawful purposes only. You may not use the service to:

Billing

Service fees are billed monthly. Payment is due as indicated on your invoice. Late payments may result in service suspension. Billing is managed through FreshBooks.

Equipment

DBIS-owned equipment installed at your property (antennas, radios) remains DBIS property. You agree to allow reasonable access for installation, maintenance, and removal of equipment.

Service Interruptions

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted connectivity. Service may be interrupted due to maintenance, weather, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers of planned maintenance.

Limitation of Liability

DBIS liability is limited to the monthly service fee for the affected period. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from service interruptions.

Termination

Either party may terminate service with 30 days' notice. DBIS may suspend service immediately for non-payment or violation of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
